Worksite Host Questionnaire

The Worksite Host Questionnaire is used by Local Area I to make determinations of potential worksites for SYEP participants.  Area I found it helps them make determinations on which worksites to consider, particularly those private, for-profit entities interested in placing youth.  The questionnaire helps make sure to the extent possible, that placement of youth does not supplant funding that is available to hire individuals, but instead creates additional jobs.  It also helps ensure they have a good accounting of the jobs created and there’s not a negative impact on existing employees. Questions?
